Cancellation Policy

We don’t do fluff, and we don't do excuses. To maintain the elite standard of our private coaching, these are the rules of the ring: The Commitment (Deposits): Your session is not locked in until your non-refundable booking fee is down. Consider this the first step in showing up for yourself. The 24-Hour Rule: If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Anything less results in a forfeited deposit. This ensures another woman has the chance to take that spot. Rescheduling is strictly subject to availability. The Clock Doesn’t Wait (Lateness): Your session runs for its scheduled duration only. If you are late, we graft for whatever time is left. There are no extensions, no refunds, and no reschedules for late arrivals. No-Shows: If you don't show up, your booking fee is entirely forfeited. Respect the space, respect the coach, and most importantly, respect your own commitment.
