We don’t do fluff, and we don’t play games with your personal information. This policy explains exactly how we collect, use, and fiercely protect your data when you book a session, sign a waiver, or step into our HQ.

To safely and effectively run our sessions, we must collect the following information:

  • Identity Data: First name, last name, date of birth.

  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, and emergency contact details.

  • Health & Medical Data (Sensitive Data): Information provided in your PAR-Q and Health Waiver, including injury history, current conditions, and physical readiness.

  • Youth Data: For fighters aged 5–16, we collect the minor’s name and age, alongside the mandatory contact and consent details of their parent/legal guardian.

  • Transaction Data: Billing address, payment history, and active class passes. (Note: We do not store your full credit card details; these are securely handled by our payment processors).

  • Technical & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and how you interact with our Website.


2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We only use your data to run the business and keep you safe. Specifically, to:

  • Lock in your bookings and manage your class passes.

  • Ensure you are medically and physically cleared to train safely.

  • Process your payments securely.

  • Send you session reminders, schedule updates, or cancellation notices.

  • Comply with our public liability insurance and UK legal requirements.


3. THE LEGAL BASIS (UK GDPR)

Under UK data protection law, we process your information under the following lawful bases:

  • Contract: To fulfil the coaching services you have booked.

  • Explicit Consent: To collect and store your sensitive Medical/Health data and Youth data to ensure safe training.

  • Legal Obligation: To comply with health and safety laws, insurance policies, and HMRC tax regulations.

  • Legitimate Interests: To manage our schedule, maintain studio security, and improve our website.


4. STORAGE & SECURITY

We protect your data just like we protect your corner.

  • Digital Architecture: Our Website and booking system are built on the secure Wix Studio infrastructure. Data is stored on servers protected by advanced firewalls.

  • Payments: Direct payments are processed exclusively via PCI-DSS-compliant gateways (e.g., Stripe, Wix Payments, Apple Pay).

  • Physical Waivers: Any waivers or health forms signed on physical iPads or paper at HQ are stored securely and only accessible by the head coach.

  • Retention: We keep your data only as long as necessary to fulfil our coaching and legal obligations. Medical waivers are securely retained for the duration of your time training with us, plus any additional period required by our insurance providers.


5. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever. We will only share your data with:

  • Infrastructure Partners: Our booking and hosting provider (Wix) and payment processors.

  • Medical/Emergency Services: Paramedics or emergency contacts only in the event of a physical emergency at the Studio.

  • Legal Authorities: Regulators or law enforcement if strictly required by UK law.


6. YOUR RIGHTS

You remain in full control of your data. Under UK law, you have the right to:

  • Request access to the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request the correction of any inaccurate medical or contact data.

  • Request the deletion of your data (subject to our legal and insurance retention requirements).
